About Concept

Specialising in high specification new build homes throughout Yorkshire, we pride ourselves on attention to detail and exceptional customer service. Concept was established in 2012 and as such is a fairly new house builder. The youth of the company however conceals over 60 years' experience within the Yorkshire property market. All our team members specialise in different disciplines to create a highly effective property development division.


 With small developments in sought after locations ranging from stylish two bedroom apartments to traditional seven bedroom family homes, our unique approach to property development provides homeowners with developments that are custom designed and individual, we very rarely have two of the same house type on a site and even more rarely will the same house appear on two different sites.


We take pride in the knowledge that all Concept home-owners have a beautiful brand new home, finished in their own style and not like all their neighbours! Our standard specification is incredibly comprehensive with a huge amount of choices available to our buyers to customise their own homes, far more than those available from our competitors.

We  describe our style as contemporary classic living. With this in mind all of our homes have a modern feel but with a traditional and timeless finish, prioviding a true homely feel from the second you walk through the door.

Our support does not end when you move in. Your home will have the benefit and reassurance of a 10-year warranty cover. In addition to your warranty, we guarantee that for the first two years of occupation, our Customer Care Team will only be a call away to assist you should you ever need them.
